📦 Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on physical, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Item must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- Skincare products must remain sealed for hygiene reasons
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened jars, used oils, or scrubbed items
- Digital gift cards or promotional items
- Sale or clearance items (marked “final sale”)
💸 Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival

You are responsible for covering return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

If your item arrived damaged, leaking, or not as ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will immediately arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
